To help protect my limited evening and Saturday availability, Wax N Relax will require a deposit for all appointments starting January 1, 2026. What this means: • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking • Deposits are applied toward your service total • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit This policy helps reduce last-minute cancellations and ensures my schedule remains fair for all clients who are waiting for an appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. My Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. Also, there will be a no show fee of 50% of the service.
